I don't confuse Yule with Christmas, but I can see that they might logically cohabitate the same time slot....Christ indeed brings more light into my life....

My neighbor was mowing his lawn 12/18 here in Detroit. Gosh knows why, we had snow in early October.

I welcome more light, from the sun and as Blaine said.

It doesn't start to feel like we're "over the hump" around here till about the middle of March.
