I guess exposing the wrongdoing by an Officer can cause things to get fixed.
Soldier and dog reunited. Publicity worked.

RESULT..…
Whatever you do always give 100%........... unless you are donating blood.
Re: Soldier and dog reunited. Publicity worked.
And the zero scumbag walks away clean.
Glad the guy got his dog back.
It would be justice to see the officer thief/coward burn.

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.
History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

I like a happy ending, may the person who caused the problem get IBS, bunions and hammer toe as there will be no justice. danny

I am glad these two are reunited. Cool.
Piller, In the other soldier/dog thread, you stated that you would bet, based on your experience, that the Lt. Col. Vargas was a West Point grad and a "ring knocker" . I have several relations that ARE grads of the United States Military Academy, and as such are able to access the Alumni archives at that institution. Their is no record whatever of a Lt. Col. Richard Vargas having graduated from West Point and his having even attended there is "highly unlikely."
The Man that obtained this info is an Air Force Lt. Col. (retired) 85 year old Vietnam Veteran. He is in addition, in possession of the finest character I have ever witnessed in a Man. He was a fighter pilot, and flew bombers (B-52s) flying nukes over Cuba during the Crisis. Married 56 years, religious, and I have never heard him curse, or say an unkind word about another human being. He is the most Honorable Man I have ever known, and a fine example in my opinion, of how a Man should behave. He attended VMI, and graduated West Point '54.
I had the great honor of marrying his lovely daughter, after obtaining his blessing, 18 years ago.
