I don't have a dog in this hunt but Winchester M-22 high velocity 22 ammo with a 40 grain black copper plated bullet is $60 per thousand rounds out the door at the Tulsa gunshow this weekend.
Maybe the prices on 22 ammo are coming down finally.
I have also heard a rumor that more than one manufacturer of 22 ammo is building their stockpiles to release just before Christmas this year and bring the prices back to normal.
