I guess next time I'd better do a more extensive job of covering ALL the glass, eh...???

Some of the front window looks kind of permanently 'foggy' from the spray enamel and clear coat - any 'best' or 'easy' ways of getting it off that don't involve breaking the glass and claiming to my insurance it was a meteorite...???

I was just too stubborn/cheap to pay the dealer the "$650 to $950" they were going to charge just to paint the top of the car "almost under recall/warranty" but not, because I couldn't produce the original copy of the letter the factory sent out at the time of the appointment...

Razor blade is the only way I know, unless the paint hasn't fully cured, in which case you could use turps.
You could try paint stripper, it won't hurt the glass but if you get it on anything else it might not be good.

Try an accidental discharge with a 44, that way you could claim the front and back glass on the same claim form

When I was in high school one of the kids too his car to a place called Earl Scheib. They advertised to paint any car for $29.95. Well he took his 62' dodge dart to get it painted. They not only painted the car but the tires, hubcaps and all the chrome because masking all of that off was extra.

Try acetone or lacquer thinner. The over spray should come off with a little rubbing.

Hey Doc, Most hardware stores carry a "graffiti' remover for spray paint.... Quicker used the better. On glass should work even after a few days.

I was out of brake cleaner, but STP Throttle Body & Air Intake Cleaner did the job.

Believe it or not I've used plain old Coca Cola to take pine tar and oil off the windshield . It might work for the paint as well . But like the other things mentioned keep it the F off the paint on the metal !!!~!!
