... is a mess! Took me nearly a hour to drive by! Apparently, the "Grand Opening" is today!

It is the grand opening. The first 500 people in the door got gift cards worth UP TO $500.00
Some have been in line for TWO DAYS! :o

I got an invitation in the mail to it but I cant stand that much commotion. I will swing by in a few weeks and check it out. There was also a police chase right by the new Cabelas store with the Patrolman clocking the guy at 115 mph. Lots of fun...

I stopped by today. The second Saturday it's been open. Still chaos. They have Zero Powder or Rimfire of any kind, primers limited to a few boxes of cci small rifle and pistol. Even the regular rifle cartridge selection was rather poor. They had lots of bulk pistol ammo, and .223 and 7.62x39 coming out there ears. Its a pretty cool store, but as I walked through the clothing department it seems to me they pretty much are all foreign made stuff now. It disappoints me. I still wear quite a bit of my older Cabella's Sydney Neb. Made clothing, but I have a hard time paying the price they are asking for articles made in Cambodia or where ever the heck they all say on them.
