OT:Finally got my Ruger LCP

Post by neil mitchell »

Got in yesterday here in Lufkin $289 .
It has a very smooth double action trigger pull.I haven't measured the pull yet but not too bad. Accuracy is acceptable but of course it is not a target pistol. It will do nicely for concealed carry .

I've been waiting to see one of those. How does the trigger compare to a KelTec P3AT, if you have handled one that is?

Very nice. If I count right, looks like 6 +1. That ought to be enough to get the job done when you're up close and personal... :D

I don't know how the trigger compares to a Kel-Tec because it's been about 2 years since I pulled the trigger on one. The pull seems looong to me but that's because I'm not used to the double action.

A store nearby in Greenbriar has them for 319.00, but my local dealer said he'd sell them for 299.00 if he ever gets them :(
