Ruger Grip Madalions...

Post by cshold »

EBay $5.75 OTD last evening.
1/2" medallions.

Image

With a little extra countersink, these should fit right into these slightly oversized 1/2" grip sockets.
A dab of epoxy for the hold.
What ya'll think? A little composite customizing 8)

Sounds fun. Hopefully the glue will hold...!

The sides of the LCP are quite thin in that location. Drill with care or you could end up with an air cooled mag well. :o Good luck!

I'm also thinking about painting the recessed RUGER in red.

I'll be going no deeper than the recessed base of the bird.
If my measurements are right, the medallions should be about
flush with the grips.

So far so good.
Original Phoenix birds removed, sockets ready for the above Ruger medallions.
Ruger script made red.

Of course, next year, Ruger will come out with a Lipsey's Special version that already has red lettering and medallions...

did you see that there are 10 and 15 round magazines available for the lcp?
