Got a New (to me) Levergun.......

Post by slimster »

...Book, that is! Finally recieved the 1986 edition of Sam Fadala's "Winchester's 30-30, Model 94". It took almost 2 months to make it here from across the pond in Southport, England, but it was worth the wait! Looks hardly handled, [no finger smudges, tears, highlights, notes in the margins or such and an excellent dust cover. Couldn't be more satisfied, especially for the price. Paid $59.42 + $11.46 shipping! The content is priceless!

That's a very good book - as much about hunting with the Winchester 94 .30-30 as the rifle itself. I just reread my copy last weekend.

A great read. I ordered a used copy on Amazon months ago, also in great shape. Lots of good information and probably worth it for the tuning section alone.
