I have a Winchester Low Wall 32 Long
I have some 32 Long Federal ammo that loads and shoots in my
32 Long Colt pistol. The same ammo will not quite fit into the
Winchester Low Wall, the empty case will but the bottom of the bullet
which is a 98 Gr. lead round nose. Anyone had this issue or
know the answer. The barrel of the Low Wall is in quite good
shape.

Re: Winchester Low Wall 1888
.
Is that .32Long Winchester 1885 Low Wall breechblock set up for CF or RF ?
If it's chambered for the .32RF, the reason the CF ammo won't chamber is likely the difference between the RF's heeled boolit havng a smaller diameter ahead of the case mouth than the inside lubed CF slug.
Or, it could simply be that the modern ammo's boolit design is hitting the rifling before the round's fully chambered.
