Wife Shooting Her .22

Post by QCI Winchesters »

I got my wife this Winchester 1902 for Christmas, she is deadly with it. We only use CB's in it. Beautiful day here today, the pics were taken between 4 and 5pm.

I should mention, we did not throw trash on the beach to shoot at. That is tsunami debris from Japan. The government pays hippies $100 a day to clean it up every couple of months. The plastic bottle, she hit it first try at 70 yards, but it did not burst like she was used to with .22LR! Just poked a hole and sprung a leak. Same result when we moved closer, but it finally fell over when she moved in close. That 1902 is really accurate with CB Longs, way better than my 67.

It was 11 degrees Celsius, they don't call it the Hawaii of Canada for nothing. But yeah, my wife is pretty tough, she goes barefoot almost 10 months of the year.

Awesome landscapes. Makes me want to take a deep breath and fill my lungs with that sea air.

It sure is nice, KirkD, especially after having that awful flu last month.

QCI Winchesters wrote "It sure is nice, KirkD, especially after having that awful flu last month." I haven't posted about it, but the Wife and I both have had the Flu this year it took about 3 weeks to get back to normal. We are both pushing 60 and it's NO FUN. I would Advise everyone over 40 to get the flu shot. Nice Pic's QCI.

That was ONE NASTY VIRUS, never been so sick in my life. I thought my brain was going to melt. Wife had it even worse, she ended up in the hospital. Had no appetite, lost 11lbs. in 3 days. Blasted thing was contagious as fleas, I think over 90% of the Island's population caught it.

Glad you are both doing better. It looks and sounds like a wonderful place to take a vacation to.

Thanks again,
