I don't see any reason not to shoot the '95!
I've been collecting '95s since my early 20s and have yet to bag one
as perfect as that one!
I also love your '73 musket! I had two '95 muskets but sold one while I was building my last house.
Never thought it would be so hard to replace.

Sadly i have been meaning to ask any Winchester collectors if they have seen of that. Its been in the family for 50+years and i have no further information on it.
The serial number dates it to the early 20th century (1909-10)
