Whoops! Now I know I am in deep doo-doo from my comments on OS's other post. I could say 'my apologies' but knowing women, a simple two-word apology ain't gonna cut it. I didn't know it was you in the photo that OS posted; I'll just have to take my beating. :D

Ms Boots, Grey hair isn't something to be covered, colored and hidden. It is something to be worn as a badge of honor. A sign of experience, endurance, and fortitude. Keep it and wear it proudly with the smugness to show others that you already know what they have yet to learn.

Proverbs 16:31 The hoary head is a crown of glory, if it be found in the way of righteousness.

Well, if it helps at all, my wife stepped in and gave me a 'tune up' today when she read the thread. She didn't think what I wrote was funny in the least and gave me a lecture. I was defenceless and meekly accepted. I am now doing penance.

Define what means "tune up". I knew this was coming :)

You are letting you wife read these threads - boy, you need some serious coaching before your enter you sixties.

You know, I made a less than mindful comment to Boots and now I am going to have to come up with a viable explanation - I am thinking of relying/falling back on the honest to God contorted truth.

Ok, my advice. Check with security.

And this was security at this event.

#2 try to avoid the inspectors

Not always possible :(

And, Mescalero, they are not schemes, we like to think of them as "plans". :)

BTW, MEMBERSHIPS ARE OPEN FOR THE Sierra Mapping Unit. First 10 send $25 with your application. Due to limited spots application fees will have to increase beyond that.

I, on the other hand, might not be so lucky.

I can only present photographic evidence in my defense.
