Turn 60 this week!!!!

Yes, the big 60 has arrived recently. I figured it would be no big deal, wrong!

This one is special because after three years of fighting cancer I can play with my kids and shoot my rifles!! Now that is a blessing worth saying thanks for every day. I've enjoyed and often deeply appreciated everyone's company here.

Merry Christmas to a fine group of folks. The best to you and yours next year. Please send only cash, ammo won't do well at the border!

Congratulations, Bob! Hit 60 myself in April. I have pretty much accepted that physical decline is inevitable -- although I do whatever I can to slow it! In spite of that, having weathered many storms myself, including the Big C, I can honestly say that every day is now better than the day before for me. Some have suggested that's a result of incipient senility -- if so, bring it on! :D

Happy happy and a merry merry. I just turned 59 today and feel not a day over it. Of course the day is not over yet. My health is good, family also in good health and I have more work than I can deal with so I guess everything is good. I am seriously thinking of retiring next year but I haven't quite made up my mind yet. I am well paid and don't work too hard a good combination I think.
Happiness is a comfortable stump on a sunny south facing mountain.

HAPPY CANCER FREE BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ten years ago I went through prostate cancer treatment and 15years ago I turned 60. Life is so good serving the Lord and being blessed by Him with a good wife and kids, grandkids, and the little great grandkids. AND lots of nice leverguns to load for and shoot.
