Can't ship any firearm related things out of the country without the proper permit and approval from the state dept.

I regularly import moulds into the UK from Big Lube, Buffalo Arms and Track of the Wolf. As I understand it the requirement for an export license applies to components of firearms and ammunition plus items of " strategic importance" such as night vision scopes.
Your customers in the EU will have to pay duty and VAT on the items.

I've shipped an old 22 cal. Lyman mold to Russia last year. What I didn't care for once it left customs here state side I couldn't track it. It did get there but it took over a month.

I also got confirmation that it's OK from a mold maker.
