Yes it is one of the new production Winchester/Mirokus, in 45-70 Govt. 24" round barrel "Short Rifle", weight is about 8.5 lbs empty. I've been working the action (helping out Rocky Lane on the tube and it's getting slicker already.
Going to be a couple weeks before I can get some dies and bullets to load up some ammo, so the range report will be a bit delayed.
Here are a few more pictures, all the batteries for my real camera are dead so these are from the cell phone too.
