AFAIK, Savage never listed bbl/rifling twists, so if you want to know yours, you should measure it.
Push an empty cleaning rod downbore from the muzzle before fitting a tight patch on it in the magazine area & start the patched rod into the bore at the front of the chamber; stop & mark the rod at the 12:00 position at the muzzle; slowly pull the rod out/forward, watching the rod, until the mark makes one revolution (i.e. @ 12:00 again) & stop again.
Measure the distance from the mark's new position & the muzzle - if it's 10", the rifling has a 1:10 twist, etc.
