From what I understand, she is a great person. Unlike many of the plastic people in Hollywood.

Ji,
You know your old when you remember when that movie came out. Although I was just a tyke of about 12 or 14, I was in love with Raquel. If I rememeber right, the movie was "100 Rifles" or 10000 rifles or something like that. They had all of these rifles buried in the ground, all cosmolined up. Her co-star was the black dude, Jim Brown or James Brown.----------Sixgun

There is something about a hot Latina...

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

One of the best looking actresses ever IMO. They no longer make them like that.

While on the San Antonio tour as part of the Hunt for a Deserving Person we saw several Raquel look-a-like's. Terry Barlow said it best when he called his son Chris from the Riverwalk: "Chris - if I stay here any longer I'll be bringing you home a Latina step-mom"

Add levergun and you can't beat it.

Oh-man! I had forgotten just how stunning she is.

I'm guessing I've probably seen that picture before but now I'm old enough to notice the levergun too... :?

I had one class at San Diego State College with her. She was one beautiful young lady then, as now. And she did "stand out" in a crowd.

As a kid growing up in the 1960s two of my favorite things were leverguns and dinosaurs so movies that had either I had a special attraction to.

I think that gal was a bad influence on me...got my first look at that when I was about 11 and I've been weak for 'healthy' redheads ever since. Got the ring in my nose to prove it, too;)

Good thread, Ganjiro.

Nothing can make me as happy as seeing a beautiful woman with a gun! (and while I wasn't born until 1970, but still think that RW was one of the most women to have ever lived!

Seeing "Hannie Caulder" as a kid may be one reason I dated so many Latinas when I grew up. Don't tell my wife, though; I am married a Polish girl!

I used to see one of those around the house before we moved. Edited to add: Ji, a ciupaga is like a cross between a walking stick and small battle axe, or an ice axe on steroids.
