Last night, I celebrated my 68th with my family - wife, two daughters, the son-in-law, and a close family friend. We saw one of my all-time favorite musicals, "live," with dinner. It was a first for all of us. In Fresno, the Roger Rocka's Good Time Players performed "Fiddler on the Roof." The main character "Tevye" (with his daughter also performing as Tevye's daughter Hodel) is the manager of the playhouse and was a friend of my very talented, deceased brother (who also acted, sang, danced well with the ladies, played various instruments, and was a DJ - tragically killed in a car wreck as a passenger at age 27).
Good memories watching my brother's friend and his daughter, great performance, wonderful (early) birthday, indeed.
Today to round out my birthday, Grandpa and Grandma are watching the two grandchildren. Life is good.
