22 Leverguns

I was rearanging the gun safe today and thought I would take shot of these. The next addition will probably be a Browning BL -22 since I seem to run across used ones frequently. But usually have flat pockets at the time. I did see a Remington lever, I believe the Mohawk, at a gunshow last month , but it isn't worth $1000 to me. The Win 9422 will probably be the last addition.

Got a Ruger, but want to get a Henry someday. Maybe 17 HMR or 22 WMR.

BenT,
Nice collection of 22s man!
Grizzly,
I think you just caused me to sin, you know covet. That 22 cal 66 must be Uberti but who imports it? Are they still available?

Yup, a Marlin 56. It was my very first gun and I wore the ting down to a frazzle. Would love to find another one, but you don't see them that often.

I now have a 39A, a 9422 and the BL-22 and may add a Henry and, of course, a 56, if I run across one.

It would be tough to pick a favorite on these. Each is different in its own way. Fun factor? That one goes to the BL-22. It's a riot to shoot. Very well made little gun. Mine was made in '71.

Come on, NCG - fess up.

That isn't just any ole BL-22 - that's a Grade II in purty nice shape, including great wood !

Niiiiice.

Ben - That's a pretty good cross-section, showing most of the .22 leverguns made.

Ya only have 3-4 to go, to have a complete set - not counting variations of any make(s).

I guess all these .22 rifles begs the question - Do you have enough .22LR ammo to feed all of them.
