Just loaded more of these 158gr LSWCHP over 11.5gr of 2400.
Shoots a treat and doesn't foul, runs about 1100fps -great for plinking!

Looks great Scott. Do you cast your own or do you get them ready made? I'd like to try something akin to that in my Security Six.

I got these .357 bullets from sculbert in trade for a shotgun barrel among other things.
He got them from Magnus bullets in Alabama.

$69.44 per 500 aint too bad. They're swaged and not cast, so you have to keep the velocity down below 1200 or so.
I say give them a try, swaged bullets are more consistent than cast, and for plinking, who cares about velocity?
