Has anyone dealt with them before. I ordered some new magazines for the AR thru them a week ago. They're still showing the mag order as "processing". They state that it may take up to 5 business day to "process" the order, it's been 6. I sent off an email asking what the issue was. I got an automated email back that simply states "...may take up to 2 business days to respond to your email."

Frankly, this type of customer service is unacceptable. I'd cancel the order... but it's probably going to take them several days to do that, meanwhile... It WILL be the last time I buy from them... of anything!

They are SLOW. Do a google search of them and you'll find lots and lots of complaints. But the stuff always comes and is fairly priced. Just don't order from them when you are in a hurry!

I have purchased a lot of stuff from Palmetto. They are a little slow lately due to panic buying but they were never slow before. I bought a case of 9 mm from the recently and it came pretty fast. I think all the ammo sellers are scrambling right now. PSA are good folks though.

I just bought an upper assembly from them. Everyone else is right, they are SLOW, and customer service is not up to par either. Never could get anyone on the phone, and they never returned my calls. They always returned my emails, but it usually took a day or three. They make a good product. In fact, it seems to be the best product in that price range as far as specs go, and mine was pretty much dead on right out of the box. I ordered mine more than three weeks before I went to New Mexico, and wanted the upper here in time to take it with me. Didn't happen. Took a little over a month when their site says maximum 15 business days to ship. I'm happy with the product, but not the service. They will probably get my business again, but only because of pricing and quality.

They are slow, and i've found it really hard to get a hold of a real person there or get an email reply, but take heart, your stuff will get to you. I just got an upper from them that took 17 business days to ship, which is to say, a month. It's nice though.

I have stopped by their place when in Columbia, and it is always mobbed. Bet it is even worse now. They are busy folks!

I was going to call and cancel Thursday, but got up to find an email saying order was shipped. Arrives Tuesday, only I won't be there to receive it. Wife will be, and guess what she said about loading ten mags?
