Is a Winchester Legacy in 45 Colt worth $485??? The is one on the accurate reloading forum for sale. It is listed as 98% condition. I am not interested in it, but I thought one of you guy's might be. Tom.

With the tang safety, I'd say it definitely is.

If I wasn't already in the doghouse for a couple of previous purchases, I'd be all over it.

And you can bet, when/if they come back out, they won't be any cheaper.
They would probably be priced along the lines of Marlins current offerings.

Here's a link to it.

I think that's a pretty good price. I think it is ironic that USRA went toes up just as they were beginning to get it right. The Legacy was a pretty nice piece of work.

For what it is worth I recently sold a Legacy .44 mag. in 93+% condition for $700.00 plus freight. I do not know why your seller could not get his $485.00? Good Luck. 1886.
