marlinman93 shout out

Post by 1886 »

Big thanks to Vall. I was recently looking at a Ballard and a refinish 93 and Vall was big time helpful in properly evaluating these rifles. He also helped me properly identify a Marlin Marauder some time ago. 1886.

1886,

I'm right with you pard. Marlinman93 has helped me countless times.

I'm still honored to be shooting his old 1893 Marlin .38-55, in fact will be using it in the match tomorrow. I won the last 2 matches with it, I do my part but that rifle GOT ME OVER THE TOP!!!

Mention Ballard or old Marlins, and Vall is right there to help you. What a great mentor going back to the old MARLIN TALK days!

I've known him for years now on several forums and he's a fine fellow indeed.

I don't think I could ever repay my debt of gratitude for all the knowledge he has passed on and the help he has given me over the last few years.

Yep, he's good folks. Helped me out when no one locally (including myself) could figure out the tube on my .32RF.

Shout out here too...
I have purchased a Hepburn, a Ballard Pacific, and a Marlin 1881, with much guidance and input from Mr. Miller. Not to mention COUNTLESS firearms I passed on based on his advice.

He is a top notch member of the wonderful firearms community.

Thank You!!
