I ordered a Ruger Blackhawk SS 4 5/8" .357 over the weekend and was hoping to get a call from the dealer today.
Just a few minutes ago I got an e-mail from Gallery of Guns that they now have the Super BH .44 mag. SS 4 5/8 in stock.
So now I have both coming.
I have been wanting both for some time now!! Yahooo!!

The .357 came in today and the .44 will be in tomorrow.
I will pick up both on Saturday.
I better work tomorrow to help pay for these new toys.

Well, I just could NOT wait till Saturday!!
Picked them up this afternoon and looked them over real good after getting home. I could not find the slightest defect to report. Just beautiful!!
Here are a couple sets of grips in the works. They only had 2 coats of True Oil at that time. They will probably get 10 or 11
with a 0000 steel wool rub down between each coat with a final hand rubbed very light coat to finish off. I am going to leave these with a shiny finish.
I have two more sets cut out from some WILD grained black walnut. More pictures to come.

I have both the guns in blue and I have enjoyed them for many years. Hope you enjoy them as much as I have.
