The Wild Bunch
I realize that this excellent film has been talked about many times in this forum, but I watched it a new digitized and high definition version this afternoon. You can really see everything in a new light, as it were.
"Congressmen who willfully take actions during wartime that damage morale, and undermine the military are saboteurs and should be arrested, exiled or hanged"....President Abraham Lincoln
Re: The Wild Bunch
I'm not sure the digitizing and cleaning up is a good thing. For example, I grew up watching many of John Wayne's early "B" movies, with all the speckles and splotches in the film. I now own several compilations than include many of these movies. All nicely digitized and cleaned up. Something is just missing.
It's like listening to Hard Days Night on a vinyl record and then after it's been "remastered" on a CD. It just seems souless and sterile on the CD. But, I'm getting old, so what the heck do I know.

I recall seeing parts of the movie in the back seat of a '64 T-Bird in a drive-in when it first came out.

Re: The Wild Bunch
Loads of room in that T-Bird back seat.
Corvair, not so much.
'66 Vette, no chance.
Been in all three....
And, the kids don't need to know.

When I was young we didn't have T-birds or vettes.Try the back area of a VW beetle with the rear seat folded. As previously posted...ah to be young and limber again.
