Yahoo,
It came today , I wasn't sure if Iwas going to be able pull it off as there were none alloted for Austria but I was able get the English Importer, after lots and lots of begging to give me one of the 6 he had.
Has anyone else gotten one?

Very nice. A friend picked one up from Cabela's out in Nebraska... he thinks he's in love! And he better be, 'cause his wife found the box! I think he got the blued version. He hasn't sent any pictures yet. But, I may have to wait for the bruising to heal!
Edit: Oh yea, Welcome to the Forum!

Can see why you are pumped!! I would be too, that is a beautiful carbine.
Don't forget those Winchester 1892's eject out the top, my first one I looked down at it while I worked the action and the empty hit me right in the eye!! You probably know that already though! HA!
I still have one 1892 and it is a KEEPER! You'll love this one for sure, especially since it commemorates a GREAT AMERICAN, John Wayne!
YOU DO NOT WANT THAT PIECE OF stuff AMERICAN LEVERGUN WITH THE SCRATCHES ALL OVER IT. WE SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO SELL SHIQ LIKE THAT OVERSEAS. I FIND IT PERSONALLY OFFENSIVE. TO MAKE IT UP TO YOU AS A NEW MEMBER OF THE LEVERGUNS BOARD I AM GONNA TRADE TO YOU A HECK OF A FINE GLOCK PISTOL FOR THE JOHN WAYNE LEVERGUN. THERE ARE RUMORS JOHN WAYNE WAS A HOMO SAPIEN AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO EMBARRASS YOUR KIDS WHEN THEY ASK WHAT THAT IS ALL ABOUT.
IT IS THE LEAST I CAN DO FOR A FELLOW SHOOTER...
Rick, welcome to the greatest bunch of levergun folks there is,you will like it here That is a beautiful 92.Reckon that it will be a using gun. Will you be hunting with it and reloading too?I have an old 92 Winchester in 32-20,it is my favorite rifle.

That's a bloody nice rifle! But forgive my ignorance- who actually made this. I thought Winchester was out of business (I bought one of the last new 94's available in Oz last year)
I want one of these 92'a- and I want it now!
I don't know if I'm going to shoot it or not. I've got plenty of other Levers that I use for CAS and Hunting. I have a Henry 44-40 Uberti, 66 Win. 38 Sp. Uberti, 73 Win. 44-40 Uberti, 76 Win. 45-60 Chapperal, and an Orig 86 Win. in 40-65. I might leave this one as a dust catcher, my Heart says yes but my Brain says no.
On the box it says it was made by Miroku in Japan, so that means Browning. It has a beautiful Leather case also.
I was a member on the old Forum, I didn't post much, just read, learned,...and laughed.
Thanks for the Glock trade offer, but I have enough Door Stops.
