Mernickle Holsters

Post by 86er »

Does any have any experience with this company? They have some unique and innovative designs that I think would serve me well. The website says they will return an email within 24 hrs. I sent 3, from two different email accounts and finally got a very abbreviated answer after a week. So, I fill out the online order form and fax it in. No receipt or acknowledgment was returned. Maybe they are bad communicators but great leather craftsman (I hope so). With any luck the right order will show up on or ahead of schedule (they quote 4-6 weeks).

I have 2 of the P6SA and a IWB version of it and I really like them. I think some other companies are stocking their holsters, such as Brownell's. ALL my orders came in early!

I bought two of the P6SA holsters, one for my Colt SAA .45, and one for my grandson's Ruger NV .357 short barrel gun. My big 5 1/2 inch Colt really does carry good in that rig, draws smooth too. I have had good service from them in the past, always by phone.

I purchased one of their crossdraw holsters for the Colt SAA. I would say that mine is of excellent quality. I've used it for over a year now. I would not hesitate for an instant to purchase another holster from them. In fact, they would be the first place I would go.

I ordered a cross draw field holster for my S&W Model 10 4 inch bull barrel; it is a beauty that is perfectly fit and finished. Highly recommended, I hope you have as good experience as I did Joe. Jim
