Guys what's a good starting point for a 165gr Sierra Gameking in a 28" 95 Winnie chambered in 30-40 Krag?

Lee Manual shows for h335 shows 35grs to 36 grs for 2300 to 2365fps
h322 shows 35 to 39 grs for 2180 to 2400 FPS
h4831 44 to 48grs for 2015 to 2175FPS

nothing for 4895
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

250 Savage... its what the 223 wishes it could be...!

I used 322 with 37.5 gr, Rem cases, cci200 primers. Good accuracy and smooth function. I don't have that caliber anymore though.
