It was a bloody time for sure. My father in law had a book about it that told the story, gore and all. One tale told of how at the scene of one killing the survivor dressed his boots with the brains of the fellow he had just killed.

I'm a direct descendent of the McCoy side of this thing. I hope they give better facts than has been done so far.

I agree. What I've heard about it so far it's far from a documentary, but I'll still be watching.
