Has anyone used or heard about these?

I have seen those mounts advertized in various gun magazines some years ago. They were on the market for a fairly long time. I have no personal experience with them. I find the concept not to my liking.

One needs to have the scope as near to the axis of the bore as possible.

I never liked the looks of those, but they do offer the option for scoping a top eject model.
If you really need a scope they'll work. But, I think a scout scope setup is a bit handier and looks a lot better.
