Relaoding Books
With the 32-20 rifle as the main cartridge being loaded. Is there any particular one & edtion that has up to date loading fer modern rifles that is a forerunner ?
Re: Relaoding Books
The new Hornady book list hot loads (H110 & 2400) and for 32-20 with the 1894CL as the test rifle. The new Lyman does not have any hot loads. Speer number 13 has the most varieties of powders listed from low to hot. I'm not sure on the newer Speer manual.

Don't forget the on-line options:
LoadData is all from various published sources (mostly manufacturer's manuals or Handloader magazine), but is a bit harder to search than AmmoGuide. AmmoGuide has many manufacturer's loads listed, but also has 'user' ones, kind of like ReloadersNest; I never use non-manufacturer data unless or until I find some VERY similar manufacturer load data to verify it.
This is just the bottom third of the page that loads when you search for ".32-20" on LoadData.

- LoadData - http://www.loaddata.com/ - lots of loads - see screenshot below
AmmoGuide http://ammoguide.com/ - 57 loads listed at present

Re: Relaoding Books
Alliant's website is rather thin of data, but does have not "hot" load for "strong actions": .32-30.
Of the print variety, I like Lyman's new 49th Edition of their "Reloading Manual". It has several suggested loads for rifles, with velocities from ~1200-1500fps for a 100gr. jacketed bullet and from ~1100-1400fps for a 115gr cast. Probably conservative for a Winchester 1892 as long as it's from the smokeless era, or a modern copy. I don't have a copy of my older versions to see if they listed any "Hi-Vel" equivalents.
