Found Retail Pricing on New Henry .30-30

Post by jsimmons »

I found a place that lists the new Henry .30-30 *with* pricing.

The name of the place is J&J Smokewagons, and they list the Blue version at $547, and the Brass version at $699. To be honest, that price is far lower than I thought we'd see this early in the gun's release. Here's the link.

I'd rather have a Marlin or a used Winchester.

Still a little too high, though they should be nice.

The MSRP was $750 & $970

I'd like to see one up close but even at $550 its more than I'd pay for a plain jane 30/30.

I could see buying one in blued steel, and the price is reasonable.

I find it interesting that the blue version is about $60 cheaper than the 357 PC version. Also, the price is comparable to the Marlins, isn't it?

You can buy a new 336 Marlin at Walmart for $350.00.

You can spend $700 on a Marlin.
But it wont be a plain Walnut 30/30. Unless your nuts.
I wish them well but think their centerfire offerings are expensive.
