Ok, over the weekend I recieved the '08 catalog from Mossberg. Actually, I got fifty of them? Any way, this is one strange creature.
I'm not too impressed with the finish in the photos. But it may be something slapped together for the photo shoot, so I'm not real concerned with that.
It looks somewhat like a 94, but more like a Marlin/Winchester/Remington love child.
It has a round bolt, the top of the reciever is round ( resembling a bolt action to my eyes )
The gap between the barrel and magazine seems rather large, but I would think that would strenthen the reciever?
I've got to see one in person. I am very interested in the .22. I think that would be a swell rifle.
I'm not sure if it is a angle eject, top eject, or wherever eject...
Anywho's, I've fifty of these cataloges, anyone want one?
