Well give us a little information, BJ. Obviously, you're making knives, but are you also making grips?

Bill,

I too would like more info. I saw the writeups in the gun mags and at gun blast. i am sure many here would like to get in on your custom grips and the beautiful knives you make. blessings

Thanks for looking! Mainly I make knives now. I do a little bit of custom grip work on single action grip frames, because they are detachable and I don't have to have a FFL to receive and return them. I can do da grips, but only when we can exchange face to face. Predominately, I do the "palm swell" grips in an effort to reduce felt recoil. I like big fat bullets, but I'm a wimp when it comes to recoil. Too many years competing with .45 hardball in the army.
Now a days, I much prefer to make knives.
This is probably the last chance I'll have to check the boards here for a few days. I'm leaving in the morning for my first real vacation in over 20 years. I'll be at the Shootist Holiday in Raton. Hope to meet some of you people there.

I have to say that I have never seen the equal to one of your knives.
