Shipped my old '69 Rockchucker & asked them to fix the wobble in the toggle (Heh). Instead of fixing the old one they sent me a brand new RC IV Supreme. I even sent a note asking them to let me know what the charges for the fix were. Almost passed out when I opened the box. Had to pick up my eyeballs off the floor & squish them back in the cabbage.
NO CHARGE NO KIDDING...A BRAND SPANKING NEW PRESS!
Thank you RCBS, you sent me a dream machine...What a company!!!!!!!!!!!
Dang...I forgot to mention that I have an old model primer arm complete with both large & small punches, spring... including the mount pin. If someone needs it, just PM me & tell me where to send it....NO CHARGE!

There is a fine line between hobby & obsession! AND... I'm over it!!
No I ain't ready, but let's do it anyway!
I love to read about good customer service. Too many times
we experience hassles and aggravation with things we buy.
It's good to hear about things that went well, and companies
who take pride in their products and servcies and stand behind
them.
Pards...to say I was stunned doesn't ever begin to express the emotion. I, my whole family and friends used that old honey of a rockchucker (and others) until it screamed. A whole lot of people used that press to load for a whole lot of family's. I loaned it to one of my friends who used it for about a year & loaded for his family's needs. Got it back when he bought a RC kit with all the trimmmings. I had a A5 to use & just helped him out.
The reloading industry is in a class all by itself when it comes to standing behind their products...they work just as advertised. The rest of U.S industry could take a few lessons from us shooters & stand behind what they make.
Kudo's to RCBS...after nearly 60 yrs. of using their products, they still stand all by themselves. (And, I'm a huge fan of LEE & Lyman).
