From the Star-Telegram

http://www.star-telegram.com/news/story/460553.html
Hutchison and Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., who also signed the brief, agreed that some restrictions are valid, citing their support for banning assault weapons.

But they said the court should declare the handgun ban unconstitutional and set a clear limit beyond which governments may not go to limit gun ownership.
What about that you guys from Montana and Texas?

I saw it.

I have to say that at first I was a bit confused, because I don't think that this has been KBH's stated position of record.

In any case, her true mind as an incrementalist has been revealed.

I've heard that she has plans to run for governor of TX.

I don't vote for gun banners.

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

The amount of support for the absolute right to own guns for personal protection is encouraging though.

I agree with FW. Her support to ban ANY gun is enough reason to never vote for her again.
