Newest Addition to the family....no....he's not a levergun..

His name is Cody...after...well...Buffalo Bill of course. His original name from the pound was Kobe. Since I refuse to own a dog named after an alleged rapist, Cody was the nearest and best name we could come up with. He's a sweetheart and a real good mutt. I've introduced him to duck wings and hope to have him gun-trained by the time duck season rolls around this fall. At 18 months old, he's a hand-full. Pretty good manners except when there's a tennis ball around....or a cat...or a squirrel.... :twisted: :twisted: Then...it's 120% game on!!

He's my bud.... :lol:

Beautiful dog. I just had a black lab pass away a few months ago. I have a Golden Retriever, almost 2 yrs. old, that is the same way with tennis balls. When the tennis ball's out, nothing else matters!!!

Awesome addition to the family !!!
Have fun with the new bundle of energy you have just been blessed with , that and the makers of squeaky toys , chew toys , and tennis balls are gonna love you 8)
At almost 2 years he's allready a teenager and will test you but also learn like a damp sponge absorbs water . Make sure the familiy is all on the same page ;)

oh and one tip . When your arm gets tired out , a tennis racket is a good friend.
May save a lil wear and tear on the shoulder , BTDT :lol:

We got a min Schnouzer. He's a cool dog but I keep telling my wife we need a dog sized dog. That fine looking dog could be the one.

I adopted a Lab from the local shelter 2 1/2 years ago and my throwin' arm has been sore ever since. :D :D :D
