Following on the theme this weekend I targeted another vixen that was smart and residing a little over a mile away from the previous vixen.
A rabbit running away , not from me in the distance in the first light of today had me wondering. Rounding a tree line near to where that rabbit had been there she was sniffing about around seventy yards away.
I managed to rest on a gate post and take the shot.
In the photo you can see the gate I shot from. This camera is degrading now!

I may of over done it today with the amount of knives I was carrying

I took along the big blade to open a hedge I need to pass through regular, it made short work of that! I then noticed I still had my little Schrade USA made folder in my pocket. I love that little blade and it follows me nearly every where.
The other knife is special, it is a Bayleyknife, my knife making friend whome you have seen on here now and then. He made me this damascus knife as a gift and it is a peach. Diamond wood slabs, full tang and milled guard. The sheath hangs from my neck and is also all hand made.
Later on into my walk I stumbled into another fox, a dog at over 200yds. I sat down against a fence post and got myself all worked up n' a shakin'
