game
For years I have had people ask me, the day after a big game, "what did you think of that game"? HUH?---what game? I didn't know anything about a game. I used to enjoy the Harlem Globetrotters play basketball when I happened to surf by when they were on. A final world series baseball game ain't too bad if I happen to catch it. But endless football games, and living and breathing it all season, and Super Bowls, and Orange Bowls etc., UGH I guess it beats a political speech from Billary.
To hell with them fellas, buzzards gotta eat same as the worms.

I went to the range this afternoon shooting the 10/22 benchrest thing. I bested my best last month target. I think I'm getting the hang of it. Last month I shot a 218-4X. Today a 228-2X I'll try and shoot a few more targets before the end of the month. that's all out of a possible 250.

After two days working on the farm and taking the grandson plinking, the "stupid bowl" does nothing for me.

First quarter interesting, second and third lame, 4th quarter very exciting. During the game I reloaded 45/70 for my Texas trip, lubed, sized, primed, and belled mouth. Now have to add powder and seat bullets, hopefully get it all done by pm Wednesday, then 2 days on Maui then straight to TEXAS!
Yeehaaa!

I didnt find out who was in the super bowl until Saturday. I watched it because my family wanted to get together for a party. I didnt care about the game but a party at my house means beer, lots of beer and I love beer. During the game I went out and fed the goats and the donkeys and worked on the goat shed. Went back and finished watching the game. I am just not a sports fan of any kind. Dont watch sports and dont play sports. I dont even know the rules to sports. My brother was explaining some of the football stuff to me last night.
I am a salty, old, retired Chief Petty Officer who is not impressed by much.

Has no idea even who the two teams were until my wife was reading the newspaper to me as we drove to Atlanta. I just don't get much of anything out of watching other folks play games. I get way more satifaction out of doing something myself whether it is reloading, shooting, work around the farm or playing with the grandson. I can understand the social aspect of the "game day" and that would be food, Beverages, and conversation. However, I just don't understand folks that devote so much time studying the teams and players and know all this trivia. How does this contribute to the quality of their life? I would rather watch a tv show on how to can vegetables or reduce dependence on electricity.
