We are ablaze!
In orange...
yellow...
and red.
Next year's wood is cut.
Seasoned wood is stacked close by the door...
to burn brightly and warm our house and hearts!
Our holly bushes say winter is coming soon!!!
I love this time of year on the mid-coast of Maine!

Here in Southern New England, Victor, we have more orange hats/vests in the woods, than leaves..............

Victor, Beautiful pictures. What a beautiful home and it looks very warm and cozy. May you and Pat be very blessed in the beauty that surrounds you.

I recognize that place
Must be someone's favorite spot.
It was all green when you showed it to me.
Thanks for sharing those pics. Our fall colors are usually brown, brown, and tan. It looks like we are getting a little color this year.

Beautiful - I forgot what real leaves look like, since moving to Texas.

OS, the church is in Camden and the harbor is Rockport Harbor right next to Camden.

We had a great time, we were also in Milo and at Schoodic Lake - I have a lot of pics from there.
Nice picture of the lovely lady, what a warm bright smile.

Lovely photos that make me quite envious. We have nothing like it near me and the heat is just now starting to break. Enjoy!

Beautiful pictures! When I'm in the area I try to stop by at Cappy's Chowder House for lunch. My family and I have been going to the Rockland Lobster festival for 20 years now. Thanks for the pictures!

Went through there with the bike this summer, very pretty place. It's snowing hard at my house this morning!

Where in Maine are you, OldWin? Rain and mid 30s this morning here on Penobscot Bay. We haven't even had a frost, yet. Very late this year.

Mod 71,
Skowhegan. It snowed lightly all day yesterday at camp too but it's a higher elevation. It's not sticking on the road but is on bare ground.

Great pics! We have had little color around here this year. Most trees are going from green to brown.

Beautiful pictures. I've never been in Maine. Closest I've ever been to it on the east coast was North Carolina. Some day the wife and I plan on making a vacation of it.

Great pics!!
Was on a boat in Portsmouth naval shipyard at Kittery and rented a place in York Beach.
Loved the scenery, the people, and the architecture. Sure was a great place to be. Fall out there is something special, 'tis true.
