Marlin 1894C Happy Dance/ With Pics

Post by crystal river charli »

Good Morning All,
I have wanted a Marlin 1894C 357 since I can remember.
Was all ways a day late or a dollar short.
This morning I went into the local pushers to buy some
primers, and he said I have something you have been looking
for. Lo and behold a brand new, in the box, 1894C.
$549.00 later out the door we went.
Was so excited I forgot to get the primers.

Here she is.

I'm getting old. In my old age I find I long for the guns of my youth.
Revolvers and 1911's were the handguns of my youth.
I know them and I trust them.

You lucky duck! That's the only rifle I lust for! (for now). Doubt I'll get one unless it hits me on the nose like yours did. I'd probably let go of the money on impulse if I ran across one. Hope you have a ball with it.

Yes I had to dip into the Rainy day fund just a little,
but I was not going to wait another 10000 years
