Before you do any business with Sixgun...

Post by Tycer »

You need to know he could stand to take better pictures.

That Colt PPS 32-20 I received yesterday was way prettier than his pictures led on. :D

He's a great guy and the transaction could not have been more perfect.

Thank you sir!
Kind regards,
Tycer

I'd like to give a tip of the hat to Sixgun as well. I didn't buy anything from him, but he provided some great information on a tang sight I was searching for. Gave me quite an education. I really appreciated him taking the time. And when I found one within my budget, he even provided info on where to get the proper screws.

Thanks Tycer & the rest of you fine guncranks. There is one thing I have learned in life and that is once people find out you are a bs'er, your done. I've been playing on Sixgunner.com and this board since '98 and no one has made a bad claim on me.......yet :D

I'm really just gettin' your trust up and when that 1886 SRC goes on the board for 10g's, well, someone will find out it's just a Browning. :D

I've been in this levergun game since I was a kid. (mid sixties?) Bought my first 1886 in 1975. It "was" a 85% 45-90 that I paid $400 for. I still have it but its in a lot of pieces--pieces with ragged edges.

I really do enjoy passing on the knowledge I have learned to a fine bunch of boys.

Yea Tycer, I gotta do something about that $135 Kodak. Here's my thinking on digital cameras/electronics......I HAD a nice $400 camera that died after a couple of thousand pictures. If these things break after a given time, why spend big bucks on one. Get a cheapie. I think the other way around when it comes to mechanical stuff like guns/tractors/tool/Jeeps :D

Thanks guys :D ----Sixgun

Canon A75. Get one on eBay that takes PURPLE pictures and send an email to Canon. They'll send you a label and replace the guts for free. GREAT PICS! 3.2 megapixel with a large lens. The company that manufactured the CCD for Canon screwed up and this does not cost Canon a penny.
