Prayer request UPDATE!

Post by Goat »

Got a call this afternoon that my favorite uncle had had a massive heartattack and was not expected to recover. He was found at work unconscious with a pulse rate of 20 and very low blood pressure. He is not quite 60 years old.
He is not only my uncle but a mentor, former employer and hunting buddy and also one of my best friends. His condition has improved some and he has regained consciousness. Please remember "Uncle Paul " as you pray. Thanks.
Goat

P.s. He is a devout christian.
UPDATE!
First, Thank God for hearing prayer and thank you for your prayers! The Dr.s have now ruled out a heart attack. He has been diagnosed with pancreatitis. I was able to see him yesterday in ICU for a few minutes. He was very weak but talkative. Today he is in so much pain that he doesn't want to talk. We are waiting word from the Dr. about what comes next. I hope that it has been caught quick enough and treatment will bring him around. I thank you for your continued prayers.

Gone out from here too! Sorry to hear this, but prayers up for his recovery.

Prayers sent for all. Good uncles are persons to be cherished right next to good dads.

My Mom had a bad bout of pancreatitis when she slipped a gall stone into the pancreatic (?) duct, terrible pain. Prayers still outgoing.

Prayers for you Uncle. A really good friend had pancreatitus and he said it was the most painful thing he'd ever gone through. He was so jacked on morphine the first couple of days in ICU he was whacked. They had to wean him back.
