Simply Rugged

Post by rjohns94 »

Just got my most recent order from them, well ahead of when they said they would ship. I bought one of his belts and a side holster for my Ruger 3-screw customized in 45 colt I got from Kooz. Wow, really really nice. I will post pics tomorrow. Just a plug for one of our sponsors. I have purchased several of their holsters and I can't say enough of their service and quality. thanks.

Rob's holsters started off simple and rugged. I have loved watching how the elegance factor increases over time. If I can make an analogy, they started off kind of like an AK-47 or maybe an SKS. Now they're simple and rugged more like a Winchester 92. Good products, good service, good prices, from a good man.

IMHO you can't get a better CCW holster for the money. I've been using a Silver Dollar Pancake for my S&W M60 for some time now and love it. For a field holster I like something that offers more accessability than a pancake syle holster though.

Sarge:

Just for a second there, when I saw that pic, I thought, "Man, Sarge needs to learn how to holster his heater!" Then I realized, umm, the holster was simply lying on top of the 1911.

Mike, that's beautiful! Also I've heard the same thing you stated numerous times about Simply Rugged and I ordered a holster from them for myself and one for my FIL for Father's Day. Can't wait to receive my order! I will be ordering a couple more in the future.

Couple of examples of Rob's work. I have others, but these are the closest ones.

Waiting on mine right now(only been 2 weeks though) I guess he didn't have any left handed sourdoughs for a taurus tracker handy ...who knew. Yes I said a tracker, I wanted a 44 DA revolver and could not afford a mountain gun. Tom
