Buck, that's right! Exactly why I had to find two jobs to get me outa the house. I'm gonna mow the lawn at Mom's place tomorrow. Maybe fix some fence, for certain pick up some trash...
Sincerely,

Hobie

Really I try to stay pretty darn busy.Definitely I am no couch potato for certain.
But it is kinda strange not working.Retirement has it's ups and downs!
I was lucky. Most places now dont have a deal with so many years/any age out!
I do miss many of the people, but not the continued high level of stress.

Though, right now my wife is trying to kill me with this P90X (PX90) fitness stuff. :(
Between that and running with our 5 month Lab,I am pretty fit! Guess I cant complain!
The wife,--------She is kinda like a female Lance Armstrong  Tires me out!

Of course some folks did feel obliged to point out to me why it was a stupid idea, and ask why in the world I'd want one, but I sorta let stuff like that roll off, or agreed, and (just to annoy them) pointed out what I really wanted was a bolt-gun in .358 BOS Magnum.
I realize this is an old thread, but this reminded me that the reaction to a question or an idea put up for discussion often depends on who is asking it, just like in those gun shops.
