A Wyoming cowboy rides in to town, makes for the saloon and ties his horse outside. He goes in, lays his rifle on the bar, looks at the barkeep and says “whiskey” in a voice as gruff as his appearance.
He drinks it back, an says again “whiskey” and slides the glass back to the barkeep who fills and returns it. He drains that one as well, slaps some coin on the bar, picks up his rifle and heads out—returning through the swinging doors not 30 seconds after going outside. He stands there and in a big booming voice announces to all in the bar “all right you sumbiches, somebody in this here berg's stolen ma horse. Now I'm gonna have me some more whiskey and when I go back out there, he better be tied right whar he was.... or the same thing's gonna happen like what happened out in Laramie!”
The barkeep nervously slides him another and he drinks it back, glaring at all the now somewhat rattled men in the bar. Two men run out the back and the cowboy turns and orders another “whiskey!” he barks. He drinks it back and after quite a few beats, he heads out the door only to return not 30 seconds later—visibly on the edge of murder. He faces the bar crowd and bellows “I don't think you folks're hearin' me! Now Ahm Ohnna give ya'll one last chance an nen nah same durn thang's gonna happen like what happened out in Laramie!” And then, to the barkeep, he barks “whiskey!” Violently slapping coin on the bar to punctuate.
He's stands there, glaring into his whiskey and this little scrawny dude in a bowler hat very timidly sidles up alongside the him. In a quiet voice, shaking with fear, he asks the cowboy “sir..um...uh...what exactly happened in Laramie?”
The cowboy's shoulders slump, his face goes from one of contained rage to near desperation and in an almost whiny voice he sniffs slightly and drawls...
“I had ta walk home.......drunk!”

Remind politicians that they represent, not rule, you.
Personal liberty = personal responsibility
Personal liberty = personal responsibility
