OK so here are Lindsay's pics from this weekend. I apologize for takign so long to get them on. I have had a very impatient friend harrassing me about it. No names will be mentioned here Joe! I had to take Emily to a Selena Gomez concert the next day, and we have all had school, I have a test today and we have had brownies and cookie booth sales! So when have been home, late at night, I have been too bleary eyed to get it done.
Anyway, we had a great time this weekend! The mud just made the trip more fun and memorable for the girls and I. A new and exciting experience for us! We truly enjoyed meeting everyone. It was nice to put names to faces! You all always make us feel so welcome whenever we see you at a hunt and I truly appreciate it! As always Lindsay came away pumped up and with a huge smile on her face. That makes the 5 hour car ride (each way) so worth it! Thanks for making her feel welcomed and happy and thanks to Joe for teaching her how to skin her animal. She truly loved that!
Congrats again Lindsey! We all enjoy living vicariously through you and wish we could be there to experience it with you.
I can't really tell for sure, but in the last picture, it looks as though your trigger finger is on the trigger. As simple as the four rules of gun safety seem, it's hard for all of us to always obey all four. Be vigilant.
Keep it up Linds. Your skills may one day save your family's lives through food or self defense. I am so very impressed! We all are.
Congratulations Lindsay! Once again you showed us how to do it. One shot taken off-hand at 75 yds and the bullet lands exactly where you wanted it. And with a new rifle! Keep up the good work! (Notice how some of the other fellows missed in spite of resting their gun on the blind and shooting a mere 25 yds - they'll need therapy!)
"The Adventures of Lil Huntress" always are among the best posts on the Forum! Thank you for sharing your family with us. What are Emily's interests? Does Lindsay have other sister's or brothers? When does their Dad get home from serving overseas? Please tell him we thank him for his service to our country!
Huntress Thanks again for an exciting tail of the hunt and grate pictures but the guy in the cowboy hat seems to be getting in way too many pictures

That was good shooting. By the way, who was the lucky one who had a blind to rest a handgun on for the shot? Why didn't I get told about that? I was on the stand with no cover and no rests.
Lindsey, I think that next time I will have to bring my daughter, Sighthunter, and maybe you both can show us older folks how it is done.

Lindsay only has one sister and that is Emily. Emily likes to shoot her bow and arrow and she is just a lot of drama! She is the girlie girl who hikes up her dress to play in the mud! She loves chess, drama and math. She is an interesting character!
Their dad is home from overseas, he was actually on the hunt. He is the one with the womans truck who got stuck in the mud. There have been a lot of posts about him this weekend. I am not ready to say much more than that on the topic of him just yet.
Thanks for your comments! Makes me feel good that Lindsy has such great supporters in her corner!!!

Lots of hogs in the photos, but did anyone get a shot of the Camera Hog smiling? Am I the only one to have ever posted him smiling? Just asking.
Sandy, you have two great daughters. Sighthunter just said to tell them, "Way to go!"

Ricky, that was just low!!! I hate pink and they were the only boots I could find! So mean you are!! LOL
Just for that, you ought to make him go with you next time you exit a moving airplane in midflight. Although, as tall as he is, he would step down and touch the ground about a minute before you.
