I will try to put some photos up tomorrow but I spent mine on 2 rifles. A Remington 81 in 300 savage and finished it up with another 94 winnie 30-30 from 1950. Isn't it nice when the government buys a person something nice every once in a while
I grant that the 81 has four ugly holes in it but their fixable. Whats sad is the carbine has somebody's initials stamped with large leather stamps in the walnut. I tried to sweat them out but they are too deep. Oh well, its character.

I aim for a $0.00 refund. A refund of more than a few bucks means I have stupidly given the government an interest-free loan for the year -- MY money, not a "present" from Uncle Sam, with which I could have bought my gun(s) months ago, if I wanted to.
We actually OWE the gov't 900 bucks. Wasn't expecting that one, I was expecting to get money back. Also, we had to make two house payments this month. Cash is very tight for a while. I try not to touch the gun fund unless I have to, though.

I forgot to adjust my deductions after they changed the with holding tables so we could have more money in our weekly check. Now I owe over a grand to Uncle Sam !
I got myself a BSA MARTINI, mk2 in the left handed version and also bought another left handed stock to go on my other right handed bsa mk1
whats left over will be used to finish up my indoor shooting range,
The little bit I get back will be used to continue my ammo.
home full-shelf stocking program.
Just last evening ordered a 10-box case of these.
I don’t think I could reload them at that price.

A good portion of mine will be spent fixing a truck I've had for years in my yard. Nice truck, just needs about 2500 bucks worth of body work/parts. Next will be a new stove for my Mom. She has us over for dinner a lot and now that my kids are getting older, and multiplying, the dinner payload will not be getting any smaller nor her old stove any younger. After that it will be medical bills. Then, a new handgun for myself that I can start CC with. The balance will be put into savings.

I should have mine by the end of this week if the IRS can be believed. I usually have to pay, but last year brought not one but two babies, so I suddenly find myself getting a refund. I'm going to pay the mortgage ahead, buy a new washer and dryer, get my wife a new laptop for school, pad the savings account, and maybe, just maybe, buy myself a new toy.
Haven't done my taxes yet. A bit afraid to do so - I always try to play to as close as possible. The government steals enough of my hard-earned money as it is (for entirely unconstitutional spending); I don't want to float them an interest-free load on top of it. This year I figure I'll be writing a check to the bas.....
