A new one for $999....seems high. They had a couple in 44WCF and one in .44 Mag (*drool factor = 100)

Now-a-days Blaine, if ya wanna play, ya gotta pay. That's the downside to all these new guns coming out. It's getting to the point that if ya look hard enough you can find an original in decent shape that's cheaper than the replicas. I just passed on a Winchester Model 92 in .44-40 made in 1902. It was in great mechanical condition and functioned flawlessly but it's condition was well worn. The guy wanted $600.00. I just don't need or want one. The guy that owns it shoots at our local range and the rifle shoots good.

The new replicas are just too expensive for my taste.

Just traded for a Browning B-92 in 44 mag. Figure I had $650 in it. Excellent inside and outside.
