Yes, I belive it is chip from talking to him before. Belive he is retired off the wyoming hyway patrol.

Thought it was him but with all the fungus on his face couldn't be sure.

Him and one of my cousins was sorta sweet on each other in HS. I worked for his dad and uncle a long time ago in a land far far away.
